Return Policy

Customers are allowed to check and try the product upon delivery while the courier is present to ensure the correct size and overall satisfaction with the item. In case the customer would like to return the order immediately, the product can be handed back directly to the courier at the same moment of delivery, with only the shipping fees being paid by the customer.

Please note that returned items must remain in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact to be accepted for return.
 
Exchange Policy

We also offer an exchange service within 7 days from the delivery date. Customers can request to exchange the product for a different size or another available item, depending on stock availability.

Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, as the return option is already available during the initial delivery while the courier is present. To ensure a smooth exchange process, products must be in their original condition and not show any signs of use or damage.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund process will be completed based on the original payment method used for the order.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
